Ah yes, the one box every internet user despises. I'll keep the bio short and sweet.
Born in upstate New York during the best decade to be born in, the 80s.
Mastered a healthy balance between Murphy's Law mishaps and getting into trouble. (Proof will be available through my posts.)
Despite my best efforts to fight the school system by not completing my homework, I graduated and left for the Marines. Served from 2004 to 2012.
No need to emphasize the travel and excitement from being in the military for the purposes of this blog.
Left the military to try my hand at college. My greatest lessons occurred outside the lecture halls. Which would explain why after changing my major four times I ended up leaving without a fancy piece of paper to place behind my desk.
Moved to Florida in search of a new life and failed miserably. Lived for a couple years in over my head with debt and wages high enough to cover a splurge purchase like Starbucks once a week. My car was repossessed shortly after arriving in the sunshine state so I turned back to two wheels and pedaled everywhere I went.
I've since bounced back and found a home in Virginia. After living pay check to pay check and struggling I finally found a love for financial and investing knowledge. This blog will track my progress along the way and hopefully lead to my desired result of financial independence.
For those who are prone to visual exploration, you can find me on Instagram ( LegsBPedaling ). I used to have a Facebook but eliminated it as a timewaster in my life.
